Returns and Refunds Policy

At Charles Trails, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns process.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. (For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as arranged with the customer.)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item may return it for a refund and place a new order.
