At Charles Trails, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns process.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.Ā 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or items marked ā€œfinal saleā€ are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item may return it for a refund and place a new order.
